Providence Press is provided to residents of Providence Point by its onsite realty team. This monthly newsletter is geared for the active, age 55+ residents of the Issaquah, WA retirement community.

From the copy to the design and layout, the newsletter is filled with information regarding local activities, properties for sale, listing and buying tips, contests, ads, and feature articles about the residents. This newsletter has been instrumental in establishing the onsite realty team as a trustworthy and particularly knowledgeable team in this community.

The newsletter does double duty, keeping it more cost-effective than ever - it is used as a sales tool which is mailed to out-of-state prospects who request information about the community.
